    Hello Rayhan

I have a question. Do you think it is a spam work? because what i think is – if i add manual review 5 star and based on 300 review. People will influence to buy my product. But actually this is not possible to get 5 star rating based on 300 review. But as a admin i can set this. So is this a spam work? and will google derank my site?

    • Istiak Rayhan says:

Though there is a less chance to get Google penalty because of giving fake rating, but I don’t recommend you to do that. By doing that, you’ll lose your readers’ trust. And yes, it’s a spam work.

  • Thanks for the information. This is done in wordpress.
Can you tell me for PHP Platform site? what should i have to do?

Thank you so much for your insight and research in this topic. I use Yotpo reviews widget and have noticed that it shows the star ratings great on google search but when I tried to test just the website against the structured data test for my site, it did not show any star ratings. I have over 80 star ratings for just my site and 300 or so for prodcut ratings. Would you be able to help me identify why the ratings for my site is not reporting in search?
