How to Install WP Table Builder
- Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
- Search for WP Table Builder.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
You can also download it from the WordPress plugin directory and upload it under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
How to Create Your First Table
- Go to Table Builder > Add New.
- Give your table a name and choose the number of columns and rows, then click Generate. You can add or remove rows and columns later.
- Drag elements from the left panel into the cells, such as an image, a star rating, or a button.
- Click any element to customize it: size, color, alignment, links, and more.
- Click Save.
How to Add the Table to a Post
Click Embed at the top of the builder to copy the shortcode, or find it under Table Builder > All Tables. Paste the shortcode into any post or page using a Shortcode block. In the block editor you can also use the WP Table Builder block to pick a table from a list.
